Delivery

The delivery costs for one scheduled delivery are included.

A confirmation email will be sent to you before the scheduled delivery.

The delivery will be scheduled only after full payment has been made.

Our exclusive partner for distribution in Singapore is Your Furniture Ltd. Our team will transport your item/s into your home in Singapore, where they will be unpacked.

Our team will position the furniture as directed and remove all packaging materials – unless you wish to keep them.

Please make sure all access points are clear of obstacles. Our team will not reposition furniture around the purchased item/s. When ordering furniture it is important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please check all doors, stairways and the space it has to go into carefully. Please arrange access approval from your Condo (if required).

Your residence may have some of the following restrictions: Vehicle height limits, parking restrictions, mandatory forms, cut-off times for delivery, the use of lift padding.

Should our team be unable to deliver due to any of the above, our customer service team will contact you to schedule a new delivery on the next available date. A new delivery fee will apply.

You should also ensure there is someone in your property to receive and sign for the furniture.

We will be unable to leave your furniture, unless all deliveries are signed for. In that case, our customer service will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. There will be an additional delivery charge.

Additional Delivery charges 

Additional Delivery costs are incurred for custom-made products with excess length and goods that cannot be transported as general cargo. To get a quote, please contact us.

If an item needs to be carried up the stairs internally or externally, we require prior notice to ensure sufficient manpower is available.
An additional charge of $15 per floor will apply to the delivery.
This ‘walkup’ service is available at the discretion of the delivery team.

Delivery Times

We will contact you to confirm the day and a time slot for delivery in your area. We are unable to provide a specific timing, however our team will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery. Our priority is a smooth and efficient delivery of your order. Please note that our teams and the delivery of your order can be affected by many events outside of our control once the goods leave our warehouse. Mandai Design cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

What to do when you receive your Delivery

Make sure you or your representative check the condition of the goods before accepting delivery and signing the Delivery Order.

You need to inspect the items, before the delivery team leaves.

If any product faults are found, the issue needs to be recorded on the Delivery Order and pointed out to the team immediately. The team will document the issues for rectification.

When you sign the Delivery Order, you confirm that all goods have been received free from fault and no damage has been done to the surroundings.

After Delivery

We do not accept product issues reported after delivery of your items is complete and the Delivery Order has been signed.
